Amy Spragg, CLFP, has been working in the equipment leasing industry for over 20 years. She is currently an owner and Managing Director of Pacifica Capital, a full-service equipment finance and leasing firm located in Southern California. Amy has been a member of the Pacifica team since 1994 and has been involved in most aspects of operations including credit, documentation, funding and accounting. Currently, she focuses on all general company operations as well as cultivates and manages key client accounts and vendor relationships. Amy earned her B.S. degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, and became a Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) in 1999. Amy has been actively involved in the Southern California Region of UAEL / NEFA since 2006 and served on the Board of Directors for UAEL in 2008.

Robert L. Boyer, CLFP is the President BB&T Commercial Equipment Capital Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Branch Banking and Trust Company (BB&T). He is responsible for developing and executing the strategic plan for the organization and has managerial responsibility for the Sales, Acquisitions and Syndications, Credit, Operations, Client Services and Support areas of the company.

Since joining BB&T in 1998, Mr. Boyer has held positions of increasing responsibility including Sales Executive, Syndications Manager, Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Syndications and Executive Vice President.

Mr. Boyer currently serves as Director and Treasurer of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) and is a member of its executive Committee. Previously, he chaired the ELFA’s Membership and Small Ticket Steering Committees.

Mr. Boyer has been working in the Equipment Finance Industry since 1995.

He has spoken on behalf of the Equipment Finance Industry and BB&T Commercial Equipment Capital at various events and interviews for published articles. He holds a bachelor’s degree from LaSalle University.

Eric Bunnell is the President of Arvest Equipment Finance which is a division of Arvest Bank. Prior to being named President in November 2016, Eric served as the Sales Manager for AEF while working with commercial lenders of the bank and vendors throughout Missouri and Kansas. Eric joined AEF in 2012 and has over 15 years in banking and commercial lending experience. He was named to the AEF Board in 2015 and became a CLFP in 2013.

Eric earned a B.S. degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Eric and his wife Kristin reside in Fort Smith, AR with their two daughters, Ellie & Kate.

Andrew Eller, CLFP, is the VP of Operational Risk Management for First American Equipment Finance (FAEF), An RBC / City National Bank Company.  Prior to his current role, Andrew served as both an AVP, Finance as well as an AVP, Assistant Controller at FAEF.  Andrew is also a member of the Risk Management Association. 

Prior to joining First American, Andrew worked in public accounting with Deloitte, player personnel for the Arena Football League in Chicago, Illinois, and the Buffalo Bills professional football team.

Andrew earned his BS and MBA from Saint John Fisher College in Rochester, New York.  Andrew, his wife Eileen and their two daughters reside in Pittsford, New York.

Chris Enbom is the founder and major shareholder of AP Equipment Financing Incorporated, a nationwide commercial equipment finance company based in Northern California.  AP Equipment Financing funds commercial equipment financing transactions from $20,000 to $500,000 or more in cost.  AP EF also owns Work Truck Direct, a nationwide vehicle dealer based in Oregon.

Mr. Enbom is past President of the National Equipment Finance Association and served on the Board and Executive Committee of the Equipment Leasing & Finance Association. Mr. Enbom currently serves on the Board of the Certified Lease & Finance Professional Foundation and is on the Board of BluePath Finance LLC, a provider of upfront financing for the installation of energy efficient technologies.

Nate is the Chief Operating Officer at Innovation Finance and is responsible for building and leading the operations team while also overseeing the company's strategy for recruiting and talent management. 

Nate began his career in equipment leasing with First American Equipment Finance in 2006, where he spent his first several years as a Project Manager in First American's Operations department. This was a unique role that afforded him the opportunity to become versed in many stages of the lease process. He was then promoted to Vice President and helped develop and manage the company’s learning and professional development strategy. 

Nate has continued to devote much of his attention to the long-term success of both the industry and its individual members. In addition to speaking at various industry events, he is also the Chair of the Emerging Talent Advisory Council for the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA).

Nate resides in Webster, New York with his wife Keila and their two sons Noah and Micah.

Kevin P. Prykull has worked at PNC in risk management and leasing for more than 29 years.  He manages all of the credit underwriting and portfolio functions for PNC’s leasing and equipment financing subsidiaries.  He is responsible for the credit and risk activities within leasing, equipment finance, vendor, Canada, alternative energy, and corporate aviation -- including the underwriting and approval of new transactions, portfolio management, and related credit administration matters.  PNC’s combined leasing and equipment finance portfolio exceeds $14 billion in assets making the firm the 3rd largest bank leasing company in the country.

Kevin has over 38 years of work experience.  He actually has worked twice for PNC and returned in 1999 to establish a credit function for PNC Leasing (predecessor of PNCEF).  His other work experience includes: an independent finance company (Senstar Capital Corporation), national lease consulting firm (Amenbal, Deane and Associates), a Fortune 500 manufacturer and captive lessor (Joy Manufacturing), and a local regional bank (Equibank).  The majority of his background is in the area of credit, equipment, leasing and consulting. 

Mr. Prykull holds an undergraduate degree in accounting (BSBA) from Duquesne University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Robert Morris University.  Although he does not practice, Kevin has passed the Pennsylvania CPA exam. 

Prykull has been an active member of Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) for more than 25 years. Since 2008, he has served as chair, member and leader on the association’s Credit and Collections (C&C) Planning Committee.  In 2013 he was the recipient of the ELFA Distinguished Service Award.  The award honors individuals who have made significant contributions to the association and the equipment finance industry. Recently Kevin was invited to join the Research Committee involved in the annual publication of the Summary of Equipment Finance Activity (SEFA).

Kevin has earned and maintains the Certified Lease and Finance Professional (CLFP) designation offered through the CLFP Foundation.  Kevin was elected to the Board of Directors of the CLFP Foundation originally in January of 2016 and has been active on the Body of Knowledge Committee and functions as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for credit. He has volunteered time to teach at the CLFP Foundation’s Academy as well.  He is as an Adjunct Professor in Finance at Duquesne University where he has taught for over 30 years.  Kevin is a native of the Pittsburgh, PA area and resides in Peters Township with his wife Karen.   He has three grown children.

Pete Sawyer is the President and founder of Sun South Equipment Leasing Inc., based in Lakeland, Florida. Sun South funds equipment leases in Florida and places transactions with lenders outside the State for small to large firms nationwide as needed. 

Pete has been active with the American Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (AACFB) (previously NAELB) for over 20 years serving on committees, the Board of Directors and past President (2016). He has been a Certified Lease and Finance Professional, CLFP since 1998 and is a firm believer in fair and straightforward business practices.  He is also a past / current board member of the CLFP Foundation.

Pete is a current board member and past President of the Boys and Girls Club of Lakeland, member of Kiwanis and has served on other non-profit boards in the Lakeland area. 

Pete is married and has two grown children.  Interests include golf, RV camping, theater business and being with family.

Marci Slagle, CLFP is the Vice President of Originations for 36th Street Capital, LLC. She has been working in the industry for over 20 years.

Marci started her career in leasing with Amembal Capital Corporation, who she was with for over eight years. In her tenure there she was a driving force behind the expansion and implementation of the Intermediary and Broker Funding Department. She moved to Tetra Financial Group in 2006 to help them promote and expand their presence in the broker community. In 2008, she left Tetra to move to VFI Corporate Finance, Inc. to start their third party/origination desk. In 2017, she took a position with SQN Capital Management to assist in bringing their funds to the US Market, before she made the move to 36th Street Capital.

She is active in many of the Industry Associations and currently serves, as President on the executive committee for the CLFP Foundation and as a member of the Middle Market Steering Committee and on the Membership Committee for ELFA. She has also served as the Conference Chair for NAELB and on the board for NEFA (formerly UAEL) and WAEL. She is a current member of ELFA and NEFA. Marci donates significant time and effort working and/or serving on boards, panels and committees for these associations to promote the industry as a whole.

In addition to her life in the leasing industry Marci is married and has four beautiful daughters.  When not working or traveling for industry business she spends her spare time trying to stay active with her family by skiing, cycling and running, or chasing her daughters around the country to watch them play soccer.

Marci Slagle, Senior Vice President for Varilease Corporate Finance has an extensive background in finance, marketing and sales.  After attending the University of Utah for a major in business finance, she took a job working for Bill Good Marketing as the Director of Marketing Support.  In this position, she spent over five years successfully training stockbrokers and their assistants in prospecting, marketing and client development. 

 

After working with brokers in the securities arena, Marci received her series seven and sixty-three licenses and went to work for Prudential Securities in Salt Lake City.  During her career as a Sr. Registered Sales Associate, Marci worked for many of the major wire houses in Utah, including, Paine Webber, Dain Bosworth, and ultimately Rausher Pierce.
