Reid Raykovich, CLFP

Reid Raykovich, CLFP has been the Executive Director of the Certified Lease & Finance Professional Foundation since April 2012. Reid resides in Seattle, Washington with her husband Nick, their daughter Milla, and their dog Sophie. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, home improvement and authoring her blog: www.peachesmcgee.com

Reid began her equipment finance career at Great American Insurance (formerly Premier Lease & Loan Services) in April 2003 and obtained her CLFP designation in 2005. She has been active with the NEFA (formerly UAEL) as a Regional Director, and was the Conference Chair Person for the Fall 2009 Super Regional Exposition.

It was the right job and the right time; just what I needed after staying at home during my daughter’s first two years of life. I am so passionate about the CLFP designation and can’t wait to share that passion with others!"

Executive Director – Responsible for promoting the CLFP designation to prospective members, organizing volunteer efforts, and oversee all operational duties.

January 2008 –

Financial Pacific Leasing
  Broker Relations Manager – Managed Northeastern United States third-party origination (TPO) relationships in addition to identifying and establishing new relationships. Responsibilities included establishing production goals and monitoring performance as well as conducting appropriate training to ensure TPOs performed at highest level. Position also entailed providing ongoing training to all TPOs in regards to company policies, procedures, application submission and financial documentation, as well as maintaining effective communication through multiple media sources, as well as in person visits.

  Regional Sales Manager – Created territory and sales goals for direct sales. Managed sales process including credit, documentation and funding.

McCommon Leasing Company
  Director of Operations – Managed entire financial lending process from documentation to funding. Was first point-of-contact to all customers, vendors and funding sources.

Great American Insurance (FKA Premier Lease & Loan Services)
  Strategic Marketing & Partnerships Manager – Responsible for three of five key metrics for the company’s “Balanced Scorecard,” including: revenue growth, measuring customer perspective, and mastering internal processes. Ensured brand consistency by creating and implementing brand guidelines. Created, managed, and directed sales process activity for all products. Managed the company’s strategic software vendor and broker partnerships. Developed and oversaw sales planning and budget. Led client satisfaction strategic initiative by designing the Annual Client Satisfaction Survey.

  Client Relations Manager – Responsible for relationship management of six clients with Annual Net Written Premium over $24.6 million. Implemented five clients in less than a 12-month period, increasing the company’s NWP by $11.5 million.
